HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PRODUCE A RECORD AT STUDIO 5B?
The easy answer is there is no easy answer! You'll find no set prices on the website because each job that comes into the studio is unique and therefore each job is given an individual quote. The process to release a record can have any number of multiple different stages according to your needs, so the best way to find out how much the process of producing your music will cost is to fill in the booking form at the bottom of the 'Services' page with as much information and detail as possible. You will then receive a bespoke quote that will have a full price breakdown. You can always guarantee that the price you receive is competitive and true value for your money.
DO YOU OFFER ANY GIFT PACKAGES?
Yes! We have many people contact the studio and ask whether they can book a recording session package for a loved one. Studio 5B offers a 'Recording Session Experience' where a guest can book an extended session to not only record a song but to find out the process behind how a record is produced. The experience can be filmed to produce a visual record of the experience. Packages and prices vary so contact the studio to find out the range of experiences on offer!

IS THERE A LIVE ROOM TO TRACK A WHOLE BAND?
Studio 5B consists of a large control-mix room which is acoustically treated to make any instrumental/vocal recording sound great on record. Whilst there isn't a dedicated live room to track a full band, there is a drum recording facility equipped with a Yamaha Stage Custom kit with Zildjian A Cymbals, as well as a beautiful upright piano which has featured on many of the studios productions.
Yes. Studio 5B offers the full services of producer Robert Cooper in order to help release your original music. Robert can work alongside you in the writing and arrangement process of the composition in order to maximise the potential of your songwriting. Your music can then be recorded, mixed and mastered in the studio, and advice can be given on an effective release strategy and the best way to get your music out into the world. The prospect of releasing original music can be quite daunting, but Studio 5B can take you through the entire process, ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the final record!
